Applied online and received call back from Talent Acquisition the following week. Phone screen rather short and rushed and was only asked about my most recent role and salary expectation. Received a call from a different talent acquisition staff the next week to come in for an interview. Interview was held at Shelley St office and was with hiring manager and a senior member of the team. Interview went for 30-40mins and was basically just going through CV. Neither interviewers seemed too interested in speaking about the team/role etc and more interested in looking at their phone whilst other one was asking questions. I was told at the end they were interviewing for 2 weeks and to expect a call back after that time to see if I was successful in progressing. It's now been a month and never got any call back, not even a generic unsuccessful email which is what I expected. Logged into application and can see that application status switched to "unsuccessful". Pretty unprofessional and bad experience coming from such a large organisation! surely an email or quick phone call with feedback wouldn't have taken too much time.
