I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mac Valves in Aug 2023
Interview
They showed me around the facilities and then all the engineers gathered around to ask me questions. They mostly asked me about my experience and about the things on my resume. There weren't very many technical questions. The whole process was surprisingly quick.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Mac Valves (Dundee, MI) in Nov 2018
Interview
They were very nice, they made me feel very comfortable the entire time. I don't think I've ever had an interview that went as well as that one. I pretty much got the job, just have to do my physical. I can't wait to start working there!
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Mac Valves (Wixom, MI) in Mar 2015
Interview
Like most company's the HR, manager or supervisor are who does the interviewing but with Mac Valves the actual line that your interviewing for is who interviews you. So that could be up to 4-5 people at once that your interviewed by. And them as a team because if your hired are the group of people you'll work with day in and out; decides if you should be brought in to the team or not(hired).
