Screening call to start, then three rounds; one with hiring manager, then two with directors on partner teams. Hiring Manager interview was scheduled in-person but got moved to virtual. Hiring Manager mainly asked questions around skill usage in day-to-day and overall competency/familiarity with certain tools; partner directors asked more specific technical questions on problem solving and experience working with partner teams and serving business needs. Offer was extended but declined due to compensation offered; MUFG stuck steadfastly to the offered salary range and could not/would not adjust bonus, sign-on money, etc.
