First Interview The candidate meets with the hiring manager to discuss their experience, skills, and motivation. Second Interview The candidate meets with senior management or key team members for a deeper assessment of technical capabilities and cultural fit.

Overall the process was straightforward with two rounds of interviews. Pleasant experience all in all with general questions asked. Nothing too complicated. Last round was more of an informal chat.

Had questions around common gaps in credit frameworks and questions around regulatory requirements and how to stay abreast and compliant as a bank.
