Phone Interview - basic comp questions and motivation
AC - 1 interview, group task, group presentation and networking all day (AC lasted 8-6, no dietary options for lunch, networking sessions were lacklustre and employees seemed disinterested).

Question 1
To begin - important to note that the interview was PURELY a Q&A not a conversation with no follow-up questions asked and all answers written down. Sometimes you were told to repeat yourself so they could write it down properly.
What have you done that is innovative?
Your CV is very markets-based, why do you need knowledge of markets for a coverage role (this was more of a critique rather than a question)
The total process had 2 rounds, both held via Zoom, with more behavioural and role-understanding. The first round was with 2 VPs from the team and next was with director of team.
The interview process was pretty typical. It began with a phone screening with HR, followed by a online meeting with one or two team members and finally a presentation with other candidates

Interview
Casual interview, Interviewer asked typical behaviour questions and gave more details about position. Only 1 round of Interview. HR is also very responsive and speedy, was offered position 2 weeks from applying.
