Interview
As soon as I registered with a recruiter, she asked me if I am interested in the position of Internal Auditor. I said "Yes." Then she set up an interview next day.
The next day I had an interview with an assistant general manager as to the responsibility of my position. I was asked to work as soon as possible. So I started work there from next day. It was very fast from the interview set up through being hired.
3 interviews in total. The first was with the hiring manager over WebEx
The second, interview was in person with team members and the department head. In addition, it included a test.
Third interview was with the business over WebEx.
It was a panel of 2 individuals. the questions asked were standard and related to the role. However one was working on his computer and wasn’t paying attention to my responses and re-asked the same question his colleague had asked and that I had responded earlier. They also brushed off my prior experience and challenges faced as insignificant. Overall experience wasn’t really good and could be better.
