Interview
A three month process (!) culminated with good feedback but the role being pulled. In future to avoid wasting everyone's time make sure role is signed off at all levels.
Had a first round with the hiring manager where we discussed my experience and the role in more detail. Followed up with the recruiter after a couple of weeks but then never heard back from them.
There were two steps to the interview stage, talking to the Head of Product talking around day to day role and vision. Bit of a personality contest to see if you're the right fit rather than experience
