      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MIGSO-PCUBED

      Interview

Step 1: Application Step 2: Interview with HR Manager (phone - culture focus) Step 3: Interview with Senior Consultant (in person - technical focus with presentation) Step 4: Interview with HR Manager and regional Managing Director (skype - culture and technical) Step 5: Offer From start to finish the entire process took two weeks, with the role starting two weeks after that, so be prepared for a rollercoaster! Overall I found the entire process to be efficient, thorough, professional and highly welcoming. Step 2: Interview with HR Manager The first interview was with the New York HR Manager, don’t get caught out here as unlike many other HR Managers I spoke to during my job hunt she is highly knowledgeable regarding Project Management. She made me feel comfortable and reassured my opinion that Pcubed was an organization I was interested in pursuing further. Be prepared to speak to Pcubed TRIPPLE values, know what they are and have anecdotes lined up to speak to your skill-set to them regarding each one. Step 3: Interview with Senior Consultant The second round interview was with one of Pcubed’s top consultants and his junior colleague in person in downtown Chicago. As we were operating on a pretty aggressive timeline, I had a day to pull together a presentation (10 minutes, PowerPoint, bring hard copies and USB) about my background and why I would be a good fit for Pcubed. Both consultants were highly professional and welcoming and they immediately made me feel at ease with their camaraderie. Step 4: Interview with HR Manager and regional Managing Director Due my regional location the third round interview was based on Skype with the leader for the New York Hub. It was a mixture of cultural and broad ranging technical questions, I felt it was largely a session to validate the opinions established in the first two interview rounds and to obtain management sign-off for a hire. The Managing Director was incredibly welcoming and his positive, transparent approach with an emphasis on self-development was a core reason why I accepted the offer from Pcubed.

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MIGSO-PCUBED

      Interview

Extremely slow process - 2+ months to just conduct 2 rounds of interview. After getting selected in the last round, I was informed that they do not have any clients and will only start the onboarding when they find someone.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1
