Primo step conoscitivo con l HR, successivamente viene inviata un email per il 2° colloquio, con allegati PDF informativi dell' azienda ed una serie di link di presentazione. Ciò perché il 2 colloquio sarà una TUA presentazione dell' azienda e del ruolo che andresti a fare. Poco tempo per prepararsi, ma 3 slide da fare per poi presentarsi ad una figura di riferimento del progetto. Stimolante ed interessante ma poco professionale nel dare un feedback successivamente. Sono passati mesi prima di avere risposta.

Molto tranquillo e amichevole, poche domande di conoscenza.
3 colloqui di un'ora circa, una persona alla volta.
Hanno spiegato il tipo di cliente e progetto dando idea degli aspetti fondamentali
Four rounds of interview process. No technical. Last round includes a project that you have done in the past, very straightforward. Interview process took about 3 weeks. Very responsive as well.

Interviewer asked about my experience, talked about the company and the role. Discussed about different opportunities and projects they have worked on in the past. Interview ended with a question period where you can ask anything.
