I had two telephone interviews with two different business area managers in Germany (one based in Hamburg and the other one in Munich). It all went pretty well, they both seemed interested in my professional skills and profile. After that they told me that I had passed and that they will put me in their database and will contact me once they have a vacancy available. Until then, everything went quite normal. Two months after my last interview I got a call from them. I couldn´t take it because i was in a meeting with a Customer, so I wrote a quick email to the man who called telling that I´ll call back in a few hours. He answered saying that it was OK. I called him after the meeting was over and he didn´t pick up. I tried the next day in the morning and he told me that he couldn´t speak and that he´ll call back. He never did. I tried to reach him over the next TWO weeks and received no answer via phone, nor mail. I desisted. My conclussion is that they are a "Proffesional services" company: they provide fast solutions to their customers not caring a lot about their people. Had the manager really wanted ME, he would have been interested in calling again. But since I didn´t pick up the first call I´m sure he jumped to the next one in his list.

The interview process is 4 stages. It starts with a recruiter call to confirm interest and availability. This is quickly followed by a fit interview. After which a technical interview is scheduled. This is then followed by an interview with the engaging client team.
