Very cohesive - things moved rather quickly after the first conversation that I had with Megan (who was absolutely brilliant), but enough time was given for me to review materials needed for the later stages which really helped to set me up for success and understand the role, the team, and the company. It started with initial Teams calls, then moved to an in-person interview and a chance to meet the team.

How would you create a version of our app that operates through a chat interface, with AI agents designed to run all requested tasks
I applied online. I interviewed at MHR (Ruddington, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
The overall interview process was one of the best I have experienced. I applied on-line and all interviews (2) were either telephone or MS Teams.
Communication throughout was excellent - I was kept informed throughout and expectations were clearly set (and met) for each stage, and when I would get the next update. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly, supportive and straight forward. This really did feel authentic, which gave a great impression of the company's culture, and also made me feel valued.
The process itself was efficient and decisions were made promptly. From initial application to offer took less than 3 weeks.
