There was no interview. I cleared my schedule to accommodate a phone screening, and 14 minutes past the scheduled start time I became concerned when I had not received a call. I reached out by email, only to be informed—just 8 minutes before the screening would have ended—that the position had already been offered and accepted. It is difficult to believe this was not known prior to contacting me a few days ago. The way this was handled was extremely unprofessional and reflects poorly on an organization with such a strong reputation. It was both disappointing and discourteous to treat a potential candidate, who expressed genuine interest in contributing to your team, in this manner.
