The Assessment centre is well run and is a opportunity to demonstrate a variety of teamworking, problem solving and practical skills. There is also a face to face interview which concentrates on compentcy based questions.

The recruitment process for MCFT from start to finish has been a professional and thorough process. The assessment day itself was a very detailed and relaxed day. The staff on the assessment were approachable, helpful, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Throughout the day you gained thorough knowledge about the company and the day ran very smoothly.
