      Senior Software Developer Interview

      19 Mar 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Noida
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at MAI Labs (Noida) in Feb 2026

      Interview

First 2 rounds were DSA medium to hard I would say. Explain your thinking process and what not. The final round was with the CTO who seems very delusional in trying to find someone with the budget they have. Seems like someone who does not understand the corporate industry well enough on their own and kept asking for the same thing. You need scholars more than engineers.
