Interview
There doesn't appear to be a functioning HR department when it comes to screening for new hires. I was contacted directly by a hiring manager, which isn't necessarily bad, but the whole process was confusing because no one appeared to be in charge of following up with candidates. Most HR reps would handle the candidates more smoothly and with more follow-up so you aren't surprised when you get a call back several weeks later.

Question 1
The questions asked were the exact same questions I found when I googled "interview questions," and they were asked in about the same order by each person who interviewed me. It was a little funny/weird. Nothing too difficult or unexpected.
