The initial recruiter call was pleasant and professional, though it took around six weeks after applying to even get to that stage. After the interview, I never received any follow-up despite being told to expect a response within a set timeframe. I followed up proactively two weeks later and still heard nothing back.
For a company that promotes a friendly and people-first culture, ghosting candidates after investing time in their process sends a very different message. Sending a rejection email is a small gesture that goes a long way.
I wish I had taken the previous reviews on Glassdoor more seriously before investing my time in preparing for this interview and following up.

What are the three core teams at Lufthansa Innovation Hub?
I applied online. I interviewed at Lufthansa Innovation Hub (Berlin)
Interview
Questions were rather uninteresting, not very insightful with the recruiter. I didn't feel like I could show my best self. The focus was on enthusiasm, which I showed plenty, but I felt like it's not enough. And it was hard to break from that mould. Enthusiasm was definitely not enough for the next stage interview, which felt misleading.
The recruiter was perfectly kind, but the people in the next stage were rather hard to talk to.
