- I worked with a recruiter, going through an initial phone screen with them before moving forward with a 1:1 call
- The team was flexible in working with my schedule (I began interviewing while still employed)
- I met with direct report, the team Director, and a member of the c-suite. The conversations shifted based on who I was speaking with
- During my final interview, I was given a comprehensive walk through of the offices and spaces, despite not having an offer
