I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Morgantown, WV) in Mar 2025
Interview
It was very informal. None of the hiring managers were available when I came in, despite setting up the interview a few days ahead. If you use the chat bot to set up your interview don't expect any of the information to get pushed on through, or if it does the employees will still ask you to fill out the paperwork again.

I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Houston, TX)
Interview
It was short and only like 3 questions, it was quite undiffucult, but still really weird for an interview. There was the chance to ask about the position etc. But no information of the actual job from the interviewee.

The interview process was quite nice and refreshing compared to others that I've gone through. Felt like they actually wanted to hear about my life and experiences I've gone through.
