Interview
After applying online you will be contacted by a recruiting associate via phone or email if you are chosen for the interview process. The recruiter will schedule an initial phone screen with you. During that phone screen, the recruiter will ask you questions about our background and prior work experience. This is more of a conversation than an interview. If the recruiter deems you should move on to the next phase, you will be scheduled for a face to face interview at Lowe's Customer Support Center - Indianapolis. Operations Supervisor candidates interview with two Operations Managers. There are usually about 7 behavior based questions that they will ask. They will take turns asking you the questions. They are looking for your answer to be as specific as possible and they will ask follow up questions to your answers. The interview usually last about 45-60 minutes. Following the face to face interview, the recruiting associate will inform you whether or not you have been selected. If you have been selected they will offer you a compensation package that is slightly negotiable. Don't expect the initial salary offer to change by more than a few thousand dollars/year, if at all, if you decide to counter offer. The entire process usually take about 3 weeks.

Interview
Didnt last long. Was told there'd be a second interview but there wasnt. I was given a job offer after the first. She tried to scare me away with team and morale related problems. She and HR gave me different pay rates during the interview and drug screening, respectively. Even when I mentioned this, the store manager and HR just offered a wage in the middle of the two. A big red flag, obviously. That wasnt the only instance in these processes it was clear management was not on the same page at all. It's an enormous company and a huge workplace with a very large staff, so it's unsurprising. Not an employer I want to work for.
