Interview
It consisted of behavior situational questions of about six to eight questions. They check your credit report and your background, if you have any misdemeanors you will not be hired.

Tell me about a time where you had to correct a person on a process, and how you effectively communicated to them. and tell me about a time you gave excellent customer service.

Interview
Rather easy interview process. There were only a handful of questions that were pretty standard for a retail position. When the interview was scheduled, I was told it was one person, but ended up being another person conducting the interview, which wasn't a big deal, but when you go in to the place it's nice to ask for the correct person.

When was a time that you've gone above and beyond for a customer?
It was Easy and I was able to get the job done. It was a good experience and I had a great time. Questions asked were about my experience with home improvement.
Pretty easy interview. Basic questions about work history. What experience you have pertaining to the role. A few scenario questions about customer interaction and teamwork. Pretty much show confidence you can handle the job.
