    Interview

Two back to back on campus interviews. I applied through my college and was selected for an interview
The interviews were with a manager and then a trader. The manager seemed apathetic about being there and the trader was more enthusiastic as he went to my school

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Louis Dreyfus Company (Kansas City, KS (US)) in October 2015.

    Interview

It starts with a campus career fair. After that, I was called back for a brief on campus interview. Final round was at their headquarters in Kansas City. It was a very standard interview process. The first round was very conversational and was to gauge general interest from the employer and employee, to make sure that it would be a mutually beneficial experience for both parties. The 2nd round was a bit more job specific qualifications and included specifics about what the role was and what was expected.

I had the former global head of Cotton come on campus to interview me. First round lasted 1hr 45min. 2 subsequent phone calls. The majority of questions I received were puzzle questions and brain teasers. Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Louis Dreyfus Company.

    Interview

There were two segments: problem solving which consisted of a couple of logic puzzles and some finance and trading questions followed by a fit segment with more general questions. There were a couple of general commodities trading questions but nothing too specific. I don't have a background in trading and found them to be okay.
