Long Painting interview questions

Used Head Hunter, Bradley Morris. Interviewed with the Business Development Manager 1 on 1. Then had 2 panel interview afterwards. I did a lot research ahead of time and asked the panel more questions then they asked me to control the process. Also briefed off a handout to show them my plan. Interviewed with the owners, business development manager, and production manager so a lot of executives. Trick was to impress them with a plan before they asked me.
