Interview process is fairly relaxed. Consisted of an initial telephone screening, follow up by a 1 on 1 with the managing director, and then the research director, and a brief chat with one of the staff members. Met with the Managing director and get a small tour of the office. Discussion is fairly unstructured, with a bit about general research principles, and life in general.
