I applied online and got a response from a hiring manager. There were three interviews. The first interview was just a general overview about the position. The second interview was a technical phone screen where there were some conceptual questions about OOP and questions based off what was listed on my resume. The third interview was an on-site interview with both technical questions and some personality questions.
