First round was a 30 minute call with recruiters. Questions were mainly focused on why I wanted to work there and my background. Second and Third round interviews were with analysts and associates and were still behavioral. Process was over in ~2 weeks.

Interview
Straight-forward call consisting primarily of personality-based questions. Allows for an introduction into the company's operations, responsibilities of the role, and other general information about the length of the internship, housing, and day-to-day expectations.
