Interview
I met with both founders separately in a very casual setting. The first "interviews" were very relaxed and conversational. I then met with several members of marketing, sales, product, and finance two at a time in a more formal interview setting.

They asked about my past experience and my future goals. In particular they wanted to know about my technical marketing background, my experience with marketing planning and projections, and my ability to establish successful marketing programs.
