Almost waited for 30 minutes nobody showed up even after taking my CV. Interview process were too lengthy. I'm saying this because one by one different company employees came and you have to start everything from ZERO. Each employee ask you same kind of questions. In last round they will give you exercises to do at your Home and tell us to send test case about some apps. I just wanna to ask one thing to the organisation A) If some senior person take your interview then why he/she can't judge on the spot that candidate is suitable for our company or not ?? B) Why are you taking so many interview rounds ??? C) Why you guys don't have that kind of capable employees to find abilities/skills of the candidates just in one round??" Frankly speaking, I was rejected but trust me guys their expectation towards the candidates were 2+ years.
