Recruiter reached out and did a HR screen call. Got selected for next team member interview which was scheduled promptly. The recruiter then went ghost for 3 weeks. I followed up a few times but it took almost a month to get a reply saying they selected someone else. It almost felt like they were interviewing people to go through the motions.
