Direct face-to-face interview with the Church Pastor. The Pastor is very, well-known in the Regional area among other Pastor's and also their direct congregational members. She is very talented, both as a Pastor & also a Singer! She is active in the community at-large, even though her direct congregation is smaller - but very faithful toward her. I have had the pleasure and it has been a wonderful, experience to work for and with her!
