there was 3 stage interview 1: general screening over the call. 2: This interview was with the Team lead, HR and hiring manager, which includes general IT-related questions and a case study which is a demo on customer services. 3. Final interview was with the hiring manager and Head of the Department which was mainly based on behavioural questions
