I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lingraphica (Princeton, NJ) in Oct 2025
Interview
Very conversational, not stressful interview. Management does ice breaker and asks some fun questions. Is open to hearing about you genuinely, they also send you the topics that will be discussed proir to your interview so nothing catches you off guard. Great interview

Interview
Phone interview, 1 on 1 with product manager, panel interview, then another interview with head of product which i did not make it to.
Got interview request from Lingraphica early August. Did first few rounds within a week. Then did a panel interview with designers, product, and engineering. Seemed to go just fine as we spoke about many topics and my work style. And my extensive healthcare product background.
Two weeks later automated rejection. I had been in contact with them via email about updates. They said they were interviewing other candidates. So about two months of interviewing for nothing. Never received an email from the product design manager either even when I sent emails or thank you's.

Question 1
How do you handle research in design? More specifically how do you balance quantitative and qualitative research? (This was asked by a junior level designer during panel)

Interview
Recruiter reached out to me one day after I applied. Afterwards, she sent me a list of topics to be discussed at the screening. Passed the screening and then went to hiring manager interview. After one week of the interview, I received an email saying they decided to change the years of experience to be a more senior role. Waste of my time.
