I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Life Time (Johns Creek, GA) in Sept 2015
Interview
It was relatively easy. The woman was very nice, she asked me a few questions regarding what I would do in certain scenarios and about my previous job. Then, days later, I was interviewed by the general manager who asked me what I did for fun and some other random questions.
Great people asked a ton of questions as long as you are well prepared and the job is a job you do want with you being in to the gym it is not extremely hard
I applied online. I interviewed at Life Time (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jul 2020
Interview
Quick phone interview to see what my availability was and explain a little more about the job. They then called me back a couple hours later to schedule a FaceTime interview. Easy and straightforward process.
Not a positive experience. They took very long to get back to me. Had an unnecessary amount of steps and amount of interviews- 3 in total for a job paying minimum wage and expecting you to buy expensive clothes.

Question 1
No difficult questions were asked. I was told I'm overqualified even though I'm still a student.
