I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Life Time (Sugar Land, TX) in Apr 2012
Interview
Did not take very long, the interview was short and to the point. Maybe lasted 20 minutes, but I waited outside for about 20 as well. I was interviewed 1 on 1 and my boss made me feel very comfortable. I finished the interview and then sat in her office and filled out a ton of paperwork for background checks and everything else that goes with being around children.

Easy. It was more like a conversation about my experience and how I would handle situations with behavior and if a child did not want to come in or if they were having a hard time
Very easy but two rounds one with department and one with General Manager but both have behavioral questions and mostly assess your personality and traits. Don’t need any preparation just know your past experiences
