I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Life Time (Mississauga, ON) in May 2012
Interview
Group interview with all potential applicants, then followed by an interview with the department head. She was very nice, we eventually became very good friends and worked together very well. The final interview was with two other applicants and the general manager of the Club. He was a physically intimidating man, but extremely welcoming and friendly. Lastly, after the "official" hiring, the final step was to complete approximately 4-6 hours of training in-pool and online training.
