I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Life Time (Columbus, OH) in Jan 2012
Interview
You will go over your experience in the field and 'why' you want to work as a PT. The entire schmeal is the standard big business, hyper corporate psychobabble of promising big pay when in return you ultimately will not make anything but to barely make ends meet. If you are one to enjoy being a robotic drone to a bunch of arrogant meat heads than by all means go for it.
Wonderful, straight to the point of they already can see you in the team, very friendly team, beautiful establishment and good work opportunity overall, just have to put in the work
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Life Time (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2025
Interview
Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
