It was a bit hectic. But I know that the interview was way harder than the actual job itself. Training does take a while but evidently it’s supper necessary. It’s a good first office job.

Interview
Interview process consisted of a phone screening and two on-site interviews. There was a five-hour interview which consisted of a written and computerized exam involving emergency scenarios, multi-tasking, memory, and typing. Second-round interview was with hiring manager.

There were three steps: an interview, a dispatcher test which tested my skills on whether or not I had adequate speed in dispatching, and another more intensive interview with executives looking to see whether or not I could accept the job.
