Sehr angenehm, AG sehr gut vorbereitet auf Kernpunkte im CV, sehr gute und zielgerichtete Fragen - profunde und klare Antworten. Aufgrund eines zu knappen Zeitrahmens wurde ein Folgetermin vereinbart - bei dem sogar noch eine Führung durch das Unternehmen angeboten und gemacht wurde.

First interview with engineers They describe the project and afterwards coommon questions such as describe yourself, projects where you have participated and what you expect from the internship, what you can provide and your capabilities.

Applied for the position in September and took 3 months for a response/interview. Right from the beginning of the interview it was very obvious that the two people conducting the interviews had other things that they needed to be doing rather than speaking with interview candidates. Any time that I was talking there was no engaging or even pretending to be interested in what I had to say. I knew within the first five minutes of this was not a place that I wanted to work at simply from the very idea that they might potentially be my colleagues. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. When people are taking the time to interview, there should at least be an attempt at giving them respect, and there was absolutely none given to me. At one point, I had shared an experience from a previous job, and when I was done speaking, it was so obvious that both of them were doing other work and hadn’t listened to a word I said. I hope that in the future they remember that at one point they were on the other side of the process and give candidates the respect they deserve.

Very short nice process. Only needed 1 interview instead of the usual Germany 3 or 4 interviews. In addition, we did a quick written test but all in all, it was good.

Th simulation was for a graduate I applied for the position via portal. Then I had online interview for 1 hour eith the teamleader. then for the nxt round, I went to visit the office which lasted for 4 hours

Nach dem freundlichen kennenlernen hat man gemeinsam überlegt welche Position am besten zum Berwerber passt. Sehr wertschätzende und interessierte Einstellung mit einem konstruktiven Austausch . Man hat das Gefühl dass die Bewerber im Fokus stehen.

Entretien avec cabinet de recrutement 1h30 3 jours plus tard : Entretien avec responsable contrôle de gestion 2h45 Le lendemain le responsable contrôle de gestion m’appelle afin de convenir d’un entretien avec le directeur financier et un resp RH Liebherr Entretien réalisé avec ces deux personnes la même semaine (1h directeur financier et 1h30 resp RH) Tout s’est bien passé et tous les interlocuteurs paraissaient sympathiques avec des échanges de qualité Aucune nouvelle alors que Liebherr semblait désireux d’accélérer le process de recrutement Lorsque je les recontacte deux semaines plus tard on m’apprend qu’on me garde sous le coude au cas où, mais qu’ils souhaitent voir d’autres candidats « pour comparer » J’imagine qu’ils avaient déjà pu le faire lors de la première vague de candidature reçue. J’accepte et je patiente, toujours pas de nouvelles deux mois plus tard alors que l’offre est constamment mise à jour sur les différents sites de recrutement. Lorsque j’insiste pour avoir une réponse définitive afin de savoir s’il était utile que je me projette chez Liebherr ou non, on me dit à nouveau qu’ils souhaitent encore voir d’autres candidats (après en avoir vu 3 ou 4 lors de la seconde vague). Mais on me précise que je ferai l’affaire pour le poste et qu’ils souhaitent tout de même me garder sous le coude. Presque 7h d’entretiens en cumulé, deux demi-journées de congés posées, pour qu’on me garde sous le coude et cherche absolument à trouver le candidat idéal, (au pire on garde ce candidat là c’est toujours mieux que rien) Il faut savoir faire preuve de savoir être et respecter un minimum les candidats que vous recevez.

Very Friendly, open floor for discussion. Detailed review of resume and you could tell they want to find a good fit just as well as a good worker. Clean facility and office spaces.
