The interview process was very straight forward, met with a screener over the phone first to answer questions. After that the vCIO scheduled a virtual meeting with me directly which went great. Next was in person interviews with each of the technology management staff there at the main Lexington campus, and they also showed me around the data center which was great. After that I met with the vCIO again over how the in person interviews went and I explained everyone was really nice. He then explained he was just the vCIO temporarily to cover until the next CIO came in. That kind of put me in an odd spot because this wouldn't be the leadership I would be working for so I told him I felt a little uneasy about that.
