Lessen interview questions

From the beginning, there were red flags with this company. Even the initial process of getting phone screen scheduled seemed unprofessional. After completing the phone and 1st interview and following up after not receiving an update in the time frame communicated, I was told they had paused the hiring on this role. However, the company has been reposting the role every week since on LinkedIn.

The first round was a phone call with a member of their recruitment team, the second and third rounds were zoom interviews with team members, and the final round was to present an advertising strategy in office.
