The interview process begins with a representative from the HR department. It is then followed by an interview with someone in the role and the HR department. Afterwards, it is followed by an in-office meeting with the staff and the HR department.
The location was great, there is no hierarchy. You were given the option of a flexible schedule. It is a small company with big aspirations, a great team, and the owner who is very involved in the companies' goals and her employees.
