Leon Restaurants interview questions

The interview process includes a trial day where candidates demonstrate their skills in a real work environment. During this day, they complete practical tasks, interact with the team, and show problem solving, communication, and adaptability under normal working conditions.

Not organised at all, felt rushed, not considered, not understood by the interviewer. Was told I would get a tour of the place but did not, and the questions were mainly about availability.
