The interview process was lengthy for a support role compared to other companies. It felt they were working to their own timelines and were not going to rush or bring candidates in quickly. The process was a phone call and F2F interview. Having read about the history and values of the company I was excited to be selected for interview but the process for obtaining feedback wasn’t great & didn’t align to their values of offering high standards.
