Application process was timely. Provides feedback right away. Questions were more directed to skills and experience (technical), as well as behavioral. They also explained the details of the role and responsibilties of what I was applying for.

One interview with a team lead and manager - I provided some information about myself such as work experience and education. The interview was around 30 minutes, there was a lot of focus on where I see my career going.
