I was scheduled for a screening call, but the Head of Recruitment didn't show up. I waited for 20 mins, dropped them an email and closed the call. Till now, I haven't received any response from them. What a waste of time!! Atleast have a courtesy to inform or respond, considering such a tough market, this was a total waste of my time and energy.

Waste of time - slow to come back to candidates on booking interviews, and then they want candidates to complete a technical test before they even speak to you. For a role that is 90% hands-off there was an in-depth technical test and an hour long technical competency interview which seems to be a big mismatch.
After that they then came back to say that they wanted someone who is currently hands-on but looking to move away as opposed to someone who has been recently more line manager but retained hands-on focus. They knew my background and experience going in, and nothing in their feedback highlighted any technical competency gaps or otherwise, just that they seem to have changed their mind about what they want for the role mid-process, so in fact all they did was completely waste my time.
Overall a very off-putting experience, poor communication throughout and showed a significant lack of respect for the time of the people they're interviewing. I wouldn't recommend applying for a job here unless you want to waste your time.
