Interview for the role consisted of initial discussions on the phone, followed by multiple assessments regarding voting recommendations at an upcoming annual general meeting for an S&P 500 company. The overall process was well defined and managed by the company.
Video assessment that was followed by lots of challenging and low time maths and non verbal reasoning. Took more than an hour to complete, only 30s to prepare for 1m30s time to answer.
