Laserfiche Curriculum Developer interview questions

Three interviews 1. Phone chat- Consisted a quick discussion with a recruiter from from Laserfiche. 2. Video Chat - Video interview then consisted of an long hour discussion. My experience and I frequently mentioned during job is very chaotic. This did not stop them from assigning me a task, which is ok but not during pandemic where there are kids in the house and things are a bit different. I am a trainer, working 13 hour days, I don't have time for a quick project. I also mentioned this during the interview but seemed to not matter. You were not going to get my best work under those circumstances. Two days, and not even willing to Give me the weekend to get my assignment done was uncalled for. I was exhausted, working until 3am trying to get a project submitted. Even though I provided a website, multiple projects they still waste my time with additional work. You don't get to provide an assignment, until you start saying someone. Took them a month and a half to get back to me, I reached out for multiple updates, and although I was very interested in position I am glad they denied my application. This was a waste of my time, and not indicative towards my work ethic and what I am capable. I hope they fix the way they hire considering things are not what they were before. Watch out for this place, they were very unprofessional.
