Lake Health interview questions

It was a little Lengthy I think do to miss communication. I checked My application status and it said I was sent a link to scheduled next steps into the process, I never received the Link, I called and emailed for about 2 weeks.. Nothing, I then said forget . Almost two months later I was able to speak with someone in HR who gave me a contact information for a recruiter. I emailed the recruiter, the recruiter responded right away, step up a phone interview, I was then passed on to the hiring manager, after about 1 week and a half I spoke with hiring Manager and was offered the job. I just completed my pre-employment task and now waiting to start in about two weeks.

Very informative. Did two round one with the VP and one with physicians. Spent lots of time getting to know me and answered all questions about organization and the job.
