Interview
Applied online, had a zoom meeting/initial screen with HR and was invited to a 2nd round in-person interview.
The second round was a technical test. Things were unorganized and strange. Although it is highly possible to do these tests remotely (leetcode, hackerrank, coderbyte, etc) the test was in-person. The task was unclear, full of terminology related to the dept. manager's hobby, and missing a lot of information. It also bares mentioning that the position in question was a backend engineering role, but most of the test dealt with frontend work.
I completed the task and was told they liked me and would contact me the next day to meet with the CTO. The way things were explained suggested that meeting with the CTO was a culture-fit meeting, mostly.
After a week, they called me back to schedule the meeting. I completed the 3rd round (with CTO) and was told that I'd hear back on a final decision within the week.
I encountered radio silence after this and figured I didn't get the job. They ended up emailing me a couple weeks later, saying that my application was still being considered.
Eventually, they reposted the job online. A week-ish after that, they sent me a one-line email stating that I didn't get the position.
Luckily, I landed another engineering role with a great company and didn't have to worry about whether or not I'd consider working at LV.Net.

Interview
Straight forwards process of about 30 networking questions and a follow-up interview with experience and performance questions..The manager seemed approachable and professional. Now in the waiting process, not sure if there will be more interviews or not at this point.

Initial Phone Interview-
1) Expected Salary
2) Current Location
3) Do you smoke tobacco?
In-Person Interview with CFO and IT manager-
Asked Networking questions and then gave me a test on paper with about 15 networking questions.
Follow up interview with job offer, meeting with owner of company, and discussion of salary.
Got offered the position but declined. The company seemed very disorganized, small, and the owner of the company gave me a bad impression, so I went with my gut and declined.
The wait for the follow up interview in the reception area was about an hour for me because I'm assuming the CFO forgot that he had an interview that day.
