There were two rounds of interview. One was with the communications manager the other was with the director. The first round was pretty simple just your basic interview questions and background information followed by a take home task. Second round of interview was a bit more detailed scenario based there are a few case studies involved

The interview process lacked a clear structure, with minimal questions posed by the interviewers, and a lack of timely follow-up from the recruiter. Lots of red flags about the experience of the leadership team in evaluating and managing talent.
