The only way to sum this up is.. what was that? I passed the TA, Hiring Manager, stakeholders abroad interview with flying colours and actually given a verbal offer from the TA. That is until it all went downhill 10 minutes later saying I needed to do another interview, which they couldn't schedule until at earliest 3 weeks later. Come 3 weeks later and the interviewer has zero interest in talking to me, asking instead if I have any questions for them. A week later, I received a rejection email. Not to mention throughout the procedure, the TA kept on giving me advice which all turned out to be inaccurate for all three rounds. Plus again, the fake verbal offer for 10 minutes.
This company is just comprised of International Business Machines ejected from home base, whose main mission is trying not to be International Business Machines, which they are clearly failing at. I have never seen a marketing strategy so outdated and simply wrong.. did I slip back in time to 1995 while I was interviewing here? Their main go-to tactic is OOH, and measurement is satisfaction internally (i.e. within the International Business Machines). The only good thing I have to say is, the stakeholders in the UK and Canada were proper employer brand professionals. Everything else was just International Business Machines earning money for self-obsession of wanting to be something else (called Kyndryl, I guess?)
